Payment- cash, cheque or sterling transfer.
Packing, delivery, insurance & carriage - free within the UK mainland per method of our choice. We regret we now can only deliver to UK addresses.
Shortages/damage - Customers must carefully check goods on receipt and advise within ten days in the case of shortages. Where damage or pilferage in transit is indicated, both ourselves and the carriers must be advised in writing within three days of receipt.
