 Terms and conditions of supply
Payment- cash, cheque or sterling transfer.
Packing, delivery, insurance & carriage - free within the UK mainland per method of our choice. Carriage to EU addresses is charged at cost. Please see below for VAT liable on export orders to countries outside the EU.
Shortages/damage - Customers must carefully check goods on receipt and advise within ten days in the case of shortages. Where damage or pilferage in transit is indicated, both ourselves and the carriers must be advised in writing within three days of receipt.

 Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT at the rate of 17.5% applies to UK/EU consignments. This is included in our list prices. Should the rate of VAT change, prices are subject to adjustment accordingly. VAT is not applicable on orders that we despatch directly to addresses outside of the EU. However it is our practice to apply the published domestic price list to such orders, applying the VAT content to cover special packaging, airfreight, documentation, insurance etc.
A VAT invoice is issued on all consignments.
